FAQ
Your privacy is especially important to us, which is why we conducted a thorough privacy assessment with a specialized law firm. Our 3D sensors are not cameras. They map objects and individuals in the room using 3D point clouds that do not allow for any form of identification. The data generated is therefore completely anonymous. Furthermore, only in the event of a fall are caregivers allowed to view the 3D visual sequence for analysis purposes. Users, caregivers, residents, patients, and visitors are fully informed about the nature of the data, how it is used, and how long it is retained.
Once the sensor is installed, it does the work for you! The sensor passively scans the room 24/7, without emitting any light or sound, and only activates in the event of an incident. Staff receive an immediate alert in the event of a fall and can also monitor the situation in equipped rooms via our MyISA web application. The alert can be sent via a landline number, DECT, mobile phone, or any other internal call system in use.
A single sensor can cover up to 9 meters in depth and 30 square meters. If a larger room, living space, or even a hallway needs to be monitored, an additional sensor can be installed at a reduced rate. We work with an open API and can connect our system to electronic care records or other applications. With over 500,000 hours of imaging, our artificial intelligence is trained to recognize falls and bed exits.
Our system is cloud-hosted to ensure interoperability, easy maintenance, and simple installation. This makes it easy to connect with other complementary information systems such as connected wristbands, care records, and more. Additionally, by working with the available infrastructure, the system remains adaptable and flexible. To activate the sensor, only a power supply (220V) and an internet connection (Wi-Fi, 4G, local Ethernet network, Power over Ethernet, etc.) are required.
